are the polls on q1.com to pointless?

all depends on what the poll is for.. I've seen several really out there polls and i've also seen several useful polls.. Guess its just a personal preference... I don't mind either way I like the comical polls aswell as the serious ones

Depends what the poll is about.
if you are wanting to change something in the game, then sure.
If a poll is about what movie to go see this weekend then no.

if its about how your sister looks in a bikini YES!!

People have their own opinions on things like this. Who cares really? Dont like it, look past it. I look at alot of post daily and if i do not like the post i look past it, or if im interested ill post whether or not it is negative or positive.
