Trouble running Epsilon with DOPA (spawn into Start and fall through floor)

I'm not very tech savvy and was hoping some generous soul could help me out.

As the title says, whenever I run DOPA in Epsilon I just fall through the fall infinitely. I can warp to map E5M1 and always start from there, but I would really love to get everything to work from start to finish. I read someone saying he got the answers here about changing certain files so it all works correctly. Unfortunately, that link leads to a deleted thread.

Can anyone please help me out?
