Im working on reinstalling my operating system, so i cant work on Qrack this week. I cant even see my quake folder atm. i think there was a command line parm -no24bitwad make sure that's not set. it may be a cvar aswell. there are hud images in the qrack pak0, make sure you didnt delete them.
as soon as i get back setup, we should play some CTF!

go to options, then graphics options, and for HUD Style: choose Overlay

No, It's the display of what weapons you have in the hud. I have the classic looking display, instead of the newer display that I'm always accustomed to seeing in qrack. I've searched through all the commands and I can't find the command that changes this.

Rook, what is going on with my qrack hud? It's transparent, but it has the classic looking weapon display on it. HOW THE FUCK DO I CHANGE THE HUD? PLEASE HELP, I REFUSE TO PLAY UNTIL THIS IS FIXED.
