TGA is a horrible format for just looking at pictures. You'll want to open those screenshots (metch already posted IrFanView, that's what I use) and save them as something else... JPG or PNG are the most commonly used formats. You can then use a image hosting website like imageshack to upload them, then post the URL of the screenshot here around the [IMG ] [/IMG ] tags... without that space at the end.

this site has restrictions on the resolution, basically ur stuck with either 640x480, or 800x600 but u have to tweak wif the quality / compression settings for jpeg, to make it work.

To fit the size requirement.
