doom md5 to darkplaces for linux?

i have been working on a mod for darkplaces for quite some time and i needed to convert a .md5mesh to a .dpm model i am well aware of Doom2dpm
but its for windows and does not work under wine so what i wanted to know was if anyone had compiled a version for linux any help would be much appreciated

Hope this helps, as its the only cross-platform application I could find that could handle both .md5 & .dpm

i use milkshape to port from md5 to md3 then just rename to mdl.

probably because its got a funky ass name that makes no sense, and it pretty much sounds like a foreign language even though the site is pretty much done in english.

makes one think why it didn't recieve a name that had more "explanation" in it.
