Such things usually go in id1/autoexec.cfg (create it if it doesn't exist, you may have to create a txt file with notepad and then rename it to .cfg).

if it's not there, make one and just add those lines of code in. After that, make sure you put this line of code in:

bind SPACE "+myjump";

... "line of code" ...
