MiniQL 0.2c

[Bad Sector]

Hi all,

I just uploaded MiniQL 0.2c to my site. This is a small maintenance release to update the setup program with the newer versions of InnoSetup that should be properly compatible with Windows 10, rebuild the executable with the latest version of Lazarus, update the URLs, etc. Also fixed a small rare bug with not ignoring b_ prefixed bsp files with uppercase names in PAKs.

We're also a few days past from the program's 7th anniversary, apparently i first posted about it 7 years ago :-).
