fteqw and quakespasm options?

Is there a cvar for making console open faster? It takes ages to open/close.

Mouse behaves differently in quakespasm, and I'm already used to darkplaces mouse. It looks like there is no mouse acceleration in quakespasm, probably that's the cause.

Can't find readme for both of them.

scr_conspeed should work. Just set it to a very high value.
