  • Wierd ProQuake Problem

I don't know how this happened as it was working yesterday. My batch command to start proquake is:

    glpro -map none -bpp 32 -window -iplog -width 800 -height 600 -conwidth 400 -conheight 300 %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8 %9

But everytime I run it now I get the demoes running... What the hell?!

(I'm having to put in "map none" in my autoexec.cfg cause of this )

    Any suggestions?

Demos running in Quake is determined by a file in pak0.pak called quake.rc

There is a line that goes something like this "startdemos demo1 demo2 demo3"

One option is to open up pak0.pak with a pak editor, such as the Pak Explorer which is available, among other places, at http://www.quaketerminus.com/tools.htm , and edit the quake.rc to remove that line.
Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.

So while you guys all have to fight your anti-matter counterparts, me and my evil twin will be drinking a beer laughing at you guys ...
