Any way to add latency with Proquake?

To add artificial latency you need proquake.

Like smurf said use "ping +XXX" or you can use "pq_lag XXX".

I sit a few feet away from my server, my ping is 3 to 7 and though this is fun it does not make for a fair competition when people get on and play against me.

I've really only heard 2 comments and we're not that serious of players but there are times when even I am saying "this is just wrong".

Is there a way to add latency like in Q3?
