Soul Of Evil 2002 qc devkit download link help

Is there a non-dead link to download soe_devkit.zip with QuakeC sources? I found the link on func_msgboard (http://www.planetquake.com/tronyn/soul), but it's dead already.
Help me please, I beg you!
(Or if it's impossible to give me a link, send me devkit to my private email address.)
(besides this i would like to obtain the arwop qc source code, really need it, it's a great stuff, but did not find any download link).

Both are from Tronyn and Patrick Martin.
The former source has been released already, so when you contact Tronyn he will most probably send it to you. I do not know if the latter source has been released before.
