Hello,
I was running a q1 server around 1998-2005, and now like to resurrect the old experience. I managed to install and run sqpro on Ubuntu and can connect fine locally. But one cannot connect from outsite my router/NAT without opening all UDP ports (then it works too). Obviously I like to restrict to port 26000.
I read around here that there is some kind of inoffical patch to enable this. I found the patch but its a source code file, and being non-expert I am somewhat discouraged in trying to compile it (against what sources etc?).
So the question is: is somewhere a patched, compiled version of sqpro available? To run under Ubuntu 32 or 64.
Thanks!
FoxM
