Trickle's PrimeviL styled v_shot2 remix

This is something OriOn and PrimeviL should have done back in 2007! I just had a renewed interest in changing around my Quake setup and tried the v_shot remix. It inspired me to make a Double-Barrelled Shotgun version with the same arm model created by DOX! Unfortunately, I couldn't login to the GFX website to upload this, so uploaded it to Box for now!

This zip file includes models with no muzzleflash (great for engines like Qrack), as well as right sided versions!

i much prefer more hi-poly models, but that looks nice none-the-less

i always liked the idea of adding hands to the weapons,
ive actually done that too with several weapon-models that i made myself in the past

Trickle´s screenshots show the famous Painkiller map ztndm5.bsp by Sten "ZTN" Uusvali.

I appreciate the feedback guys! Yes, I'm well aware most of you are more into the high poly/optimized visual look specifically for Darkplaces. I guess I just like the more simplified look for Quake and I'm still a ****** for Plague's Pak to this day, as well as PrimeeviL's work of course (my setup has been Plague's Pak, but with PrimeeviL's re-textured OriOn debugged shotguns along with his faithful axe skin) =P

I guess OriOn is the original author of the remix model itself, but PrimeviL made the entire skin. I just realized that today! Gotta give proper credit where it is due
