    I wouldn't make it fully transparent. Take a look at waterfalls: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/__c9qWlUD8Q...+wallpaper.jpg

    They are pretty opaque. Just add all the other effects from Seven's water minus the transparency.

    The really big problem at the waterfall is this:


    There is no texture under the +x_Fall texture in the upper part
    This makes it impossible to use a fully transparent texture!

    EDIT:
    At the ramp it would be no problem to use a shader.

    A shader would have to be applied to each frame of the water because the game calls the texture:
    +0_fall then after a short time it loads up +1_fall over it repeat until you get +7_fall
    So the do a shader there would have to be 7 instances of the shader. So he could use Seven's shader to apply the refraction and all to each frame but will still have to animate it manually and only be 8 frames (0-7).
