New WIP. Sorry for the slight delay, had my girlfriend over the past week .

I've finished doing the UV mapping. I'm going to start making the diffuse, normal and specular maps now.

Texturing is WIP. Gonna be putting up new pics soon. Then the animation, testing and then the release. Work has delayed me in the past few weeks.

Yes, the Quake guy like Mindzy said seemed less a soldier and more a brute.

Think of it like this: the soldiers in crappy games I hate are more about the gear, the binoculars and the bullshit.

In Quake, the Quake guy isn't about his equipment ... it's him against the environment he has found himself in (manly).

He doesn't have 56 types of guns or alternate fire or fancy remote detonation bombs -- and he doesn't need them or want them!

You're forgetting the Quake d00dz adventures into the realm of Slot's nightmare on gameplay.

Heya all!

Yeah, things are dragging like slack, I know. Unfortunately, university has kept me really bussy. I can pretend to make it up to everyone by showing you the face tex I'm working on, but it will be a good few weeks before anything can get really done. I cant really give any pleasent excuses for slacking on this project, lol.
