    "i see in my minds eye, three circles joined. Two full as the moon, one hollow as a crown. Two from the sea, five fathoms down. One from the earth, deep below the ground. Tell me, what can it be?

                Well to be quite honest, when I read it, I remembered that it came from Clash of the Titans. Now I did put in, " three circles joined. "Two full as the moon, one hollow as a crown" in google search. Google presented me with the site I posted above. That's why I didn't specifically answer it.
