The Late Show with Stephen Colbert!

So, I was saddened when I found out The Colbert Report was ending, and was kinda worried that the new role of The Late Show host would change my fandom of Colbert. HA! In my opinion, same show / same host , just under a different banner HA!

I tried watching Larry Wilmore's show but quickly got the impression it wasn't aimed at me. Maybe it was just me, but it seemed that white/caucasian folk was constantly the butt of a joke or a humor punchline.

It's improving each show, I reckon it took him his first week to find his stride.

In some ways, compared to The Report, it is better because at least he isn't having to
play a character anymore. So he is free to just be himself.

Did you see this Comedians in cars getting coffee episode?

I decided then that I quite liked him in his natural state, beard and all!

Yes I've seen the Comedians in cars getting coffee's, BUT I hadn't seen the Colbert episode!! Thanks a bunch!!

Do you plan on watching The Daily Show with Trevor Noah ???? I'm going to at least check it out and see how well it goes. Did you see the episode of TLS when Trevor Noah was a guest? Fucking insane that he had to draw pictures and then tell a story like "Now imagine" hahahah what the fuck man!

Not yet, slowly catchin up.
We got the Kevin Spacey one to watch tonight.
It's a bit of a ritual, sit down for dinner, put on an episode of Colbert, Daily show etc...
Whatever is in the backlog.

I will definitely give Noah a go. Big shoes to fill.
