I think he is talking about a rocket jump map that was made for QuakeWorld Team Fortress back in the day, You could test your RJ skills on that map.

I don't know if it will help but there a number of trick maps on the ffany, bigfoot and damage servers that can help hone your Rocket Jump, Grenade Jump and bunnying skills. Perhaps one of those is what you are looking for? If so you could try connecting to the server, drop in to console, type say !maps -trick before hitting return and follow the map voting instructions.
