Actually.. that particular dog.. Is no longer alive.
It passed this year. The lady who owned that dog picked it out of a Shelter.. She had cancer.. and was allowed to bring one of her pets with her.. She brought that one.. It was a heartwarming story.. There is now a NEW Ugliest dog in the world but I don't think it beat that one!

lol. I vote for Harry. nice find, and yeah i knew that that dog died. It was better off, poor dog was blind and had all sorts o diseases.
