Clan XtremePain is an upcoming pro team for games quake 3 / quake 4 / counterstrike / and america's army. We are currently recruiting, and the team will be fully sponsored. Although we will be a pro team, meaning the tournaments and such will be handled by the best, every player is going to get a chance to play.
