I don't believe you can install any software on Windows XP (I'm assuming you use XP) without admin privledges, at least not anything like a firewall.

Windows XP, if that is what you are using, comes with a (crappy) built-in firewall, particularly if you are using SP2.

Here is a list of free firewalls at Download.com, but I doubt you can install any of them without having administrator priviledges.

This article supposedly explains how to reset the administrator password in XP if you forget what it is:

Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.

So while you guys all have to fight your anti-matter counterparts, me and my evil twin will be drinking a beer laughing at you guys ...

nope , i don't have a cd-rom or floppy drive, all i have is a Flash media reader drive. for my sd media card . If I could find a program that changes admin password using flash media card then I could change it.

Has anyone heard of such a program?

I had one but i deleted it because at the time i didn't have a sd media card.

                Please help

BTW I can't install any firewalls of any kind
