Quick scenario to reduce the size? Don't use the EZ Installerz so you don't have to look at it in ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS (or Adicionar ou remover programas )

Of course it isn't that big. The download itself is only 10 MB. 700 MB is probably the size of your entire Quake folder.
