If by wetbacks you mean Mexicans, then you are incorrect. In RE4, you were in Spain and the villagers were naturally Spaniards, which would make them caucasian.

In RE5, it appears that you are somewhere in Africa, so naturally you would encounter Africans, who tend to be mostly black.

RE4 looked good, but the difficulty seemed to stem from the fact that apparently your avatar lacked the ability to hold a gun even remotely steady despite being some trained professional person sent to rescue the president's daughter or some such. Actually the difficulty almost always seems to be the interface.
