Hi there,
You might find a game over on Quake.shmack.net. It's RuneQuake but I tend to take take the view that a little bit of RuneQuake is better than no Quake at all
If nobody is around you could always play RQuake coop (you / humans against the monsters) over on qrfcoop (qrf.servequake.com:26003).
