the toolbar on the rightside makes life so much easier when it comes to being organized.
Yes, I know its pimp
Steps to create a Games/Whatever tab
Create a shortcuts folder anywhere.Create a shortcut to each game and place it in the folder.
right click start bar , Toolbars , New... Browse to the shortcuts folder.
Make sure Startbar is not locked (resizing, moving, etc) , drag the toolbar you created from the startbar to the upper,or right side of your desktop, by holding left click and dragging the | beside the name of the folder.
I dont recommend the left side, the start bar and the game toolbar can become a pain in the ass at times
ps : right side toolbar autohide's btw ;p Start bar does not.
My Desktop is usually cluttered I chose to clean up the zip's folders, images, strange custom made file extensions for self mental notes etc. just don't look in My Documents!
P.S Theres an Apache2 server somewhere in there also a dual booted OS!I also doubled my taskbar size so I can have more room when I have 30+ folders/windows open
Obviously my quicklaunch icons are just moved to the far right which gives the feel of even more space for my open windows, its also doubled up by simply "unlocking" my taskbar and dragging it to create more space.
Nice background pic.. ZORK!!!! i use to play that game way back in the day. It wasnt the original one but one of the sequels. I remember it being like 12-20 diskettes and i use to think this is HUGE!!
Good stuff... reminds me BBS Games back on 2400-9600 baud rate days. You only play by reading the text.
I used to play L.O.R.D.S. and some kind of alikeness called Trade Wars I believe it was...
And not all of it was text, there was the occasional ANSII picture
I used to play on The Eagles Nest BBS, The Emergency Room BBS, and sometimes when I was at my uncles I would play on a BBS based in Texas, before he got out of mil. he was stationed at Ft.Hood

Yea I remember that game, it was fun to play something besides the Ozark Trail, for Apple / Mac .
The teacher who had that Number Munchers also had Joust and Pac Man on 8" floppy's lol.
Rook, did you know they still have LORDS going on all over the web? I never could find a place to play it online for the most part, the games was always full haha.
I should run a Wildcat server or some shit for nostalgic purposes, and even check for a local BBS
