Exercise doesn't just keep you slim, it keeps your heart strong. When its strong, it helps keep your circulatory system clean of plaque. However, eating that shit isn't doing your digestive system any favors. No amount of exercise can fix that.

Well, it "hurts" your whole body, not only the fat that's on your hips (or thanks to excercise not). It gets your arteries "stuck", don't know how to say it in english but i think this explains it very well -> Link. You could get that even if you are slim. Sorry my english is to bad to explain it right.

Ya and 32grams of fat for one thing... ew...

I only consume 5-8grams of fat per meal with 3 meals everyday and have a 100 calorie snack in-between (usually banana or yogurt.

My diet consists of 3meals as stated above, ranging 260-500 calories per meal and 5-8 grams per fat each meal = roughly a 1200 calorie - 20 grams fat diet with high protein intake. that double-down is basically like me eating lunch+dinner+can'o'lard in about 5 minutes.

    THATS JUST SICK!!!

But you know what. I'll fokn eat it if I want to!!! and I expect a toy!!!

They should call that the heart-buster

The government has no business telling us what we can do. Notice how they are taxing us like crazy on one hand, and telling us what we can spend our money on on the other. See a connection?

depends how much kids would like the revised happy meals i guess.
Still its crazy to hear them get an ultimatum for that, i could see it happening here in Vancouver, i would be surprised. But i really dont know if cities like LA and NY would pass that kinda shit.
But then again the "double down" made it here !!
Ok, Ill ask. Whats the "double down"?

Yes they are overstepping their bounds, but I do think their intentions are good, and their argument is sound.
Also the tobacco reference is a pertinant one, in that mcdonalds food is harmful and is being directly marketed to children. Tobacco cant be directly marketed to children anymore.
Mcdonalds is garbage. But again its not the government's job to monitor what we eat, or put stipulations on what the salt or fat content food at a fast food company serves. All fast food places have to display the nutritional info where you can see it.

With these types of things going on it just opens up an opportunity for these people who obviously know better than us to do alot of things. I wonder when some people will realize that this is how it starts. Maybe when games like Quake or Doom are banned because it is "shown" that it has a negative impact on kids. And its obvious that parents cant handle these types of problems without the governments help.

Shit, theyre already trying to slowly do away with SUVs and trucks with the CAFE standards. Whoever buys a SUV takes the resposibility of paying more in tax in the form of gas taxes. Hell, my 6 year old diesel F250 tags are still $480!!! And guess what, because of AB32 it now has to be smogged(smoke tested) for another $60 probably. Its just tax on top of tax.

Yea i hear all this about the Joe camel, and the Pedo clown mascot for mcdonalds, but i don't see anybody complaining about the d.a.r.e. bear rapist, It is a toy bear stuffed full of all kinds of evil and propaganda.. And what about the obvious Jack in the box pedophile... nobody speaks about that.. and the Dairy queen, shes a total transgender prostitute, and the Wendy's mascot is a Ginger!!! OMFG, and dont get me started on the taco bell dog.

I think they should put this to a vote by the people instead of just making a decision based on a hand full of individuals with a button in their hand.

So if we take away the toys in happy meals doesn't that mean kids will just order the bigger combo meals thus fucking up the whole reasoning?
