        Have you tried Ad-Aware?

Ad-Aware - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

One of the most reputable malware removers and been a player in the anti-malware game for quite a while.

        Ad-Aware free version @ Download.com:

How to remove malware belonging to the family Rootkit.Win32.TDSS (aka Tidserv, TDSServ, Alureon)?

          Try that for the rootkits.

Those are some nasty critters, broski.

Do not bother trying to "disinfect" a computer that is running a rootkit. Reinstall Windows and restore your data.

Go with the Kaspersky anti-virus solution and ignore all other thoughts in this thread. Kaspersky anti-virus is so powerful, it removes even root-kits on a re-boot ... hence the reputation Kaspersky has as being the line of defense against malware.
