I set a shortcut to Quake 3 and it applied to all shortcuts?

I set a shortcut to the quake 3 exe and it applied to the rest of the exes, is there a way to fix this? I've tried a few thing with regedit but none worked.

your mixing up

right click , send to , desktop as shortcut
and
right click folder properties , apply to subfolders and files

did they make a baby?
