It's part of a running gag to destroy youtube. Seriously I want to murder whoever made this layout with a fork to the eye. -
When they changed the layout back in 2010 I thought it was some weird bug at first.

I seriously hope that aliens are not watching at humanity as it is today. Omg don't want to know what would they think about us when they saw us now....
This human stupidity is getting seriously anoying now... I realy hate to open a web-page or a school-book and see some happy smiling banana-man or apple-exampless... It's like whole humanity is all about doing unnecesary things and being happy about that something sounds funny or looks idiotic...
