I smoke a 5-pack of Moods when the Mood strikes me. Usually with weeks in between.

I don't see how you can ban smoking outdoors, tbh. If someone blows their smoke in your face, ask them not to. No reason to make any laws. You have a mouth for talking.

Walked into a 7-11 6 year's ago, when i was 22 years old, in uniform from my past job. The manager was sitting outside on the overhang of the window seal (made of bricks) puffing on a cigarette. I was a smoking at this point in time, but i never smoked around many people especially in uniform for the job i had then. Professionally and in policy it was a NO NO, so back to 7-11. I approached the store and the manager got up opened the door and blew a big cloud of smoke right in my face. I asked the clerk to be careful were she blows the smoke, she got an attitude and said if i do not like it i should not walk near someone who smokes. WAIT, BITCH PUT ON THE BRAKES!!! I am a CUSTOMER about to contribute to YOUR PAYCHECK by purchasing something inside your STORE. Now, she just so happen to be the STORE MANAGER. So i had to call 1888 number listed on the window for "Comments or Complaints". A few day's later i recieved a wonderful phone call from the District Manager who so happen to enjoy my complaint and said this was not a first time incident and will be dealt with accordingly. I went back in once i was working out in the west end of the county a month later, i seen a new lady ive never seen before and she had "STORE MANAGER" on her name tag. After quick questioning, i found out she took over 2 week's prior as the old manager was fired for customer disrespect. Smoker's be ware, you are out numbered.

Apology before Attitude would have made it a zero-issue obv.Maybe she was doin that thing where "blowin smoke in someones face means u want 2 fuckem" nonsense I've heard before and Wicked misread her approach HEH. I'm not a smoker anymore but sitting beside someone outdoors that's smoking is not bad for you unless they blow the shit straight in your face. I'm all for a ban in closed environment where the smoke lingers, but outdoor is just plain stupid.

There is this awesome ass Smoker Shop at the Edgewater Mall in Gulfport/Biloxi area, thats inside the mall and if you pay some cheap ass 15 cents/ 25 cents, you can smoke inside the smoker shop. They also got a cigar/pipe tobacco room, I always thought pipe tobacco (Cherry Cavendish) smelled EPIC, awesome.

I wasnt there when it happened, so don't know what attitudes were involved on both sides, but yeah, firing someone for exhaling smoke in your face or in your vicinity is over the top. Doubly so if it was outdoors.

I do use shops, if that happened to me I would perhaps tell her to stop doing it depending on how much smoke it was and if it was intentional or not, but ringing the complaint hotline over something like that takes a bit more zeal than I can muster.
