proxy9 doesnt load

ive tried other programs before but they didnt work. there are free proxy servers on the internet, so i just need a program to use them

I know they exist, I would imagine they cost $$$ (due to high amount of bandwidth usage). I think anonymizer.com has one.

That's one of the better ones, I also believe there is a site called proxy9, and it worked pretty well.

im wondering if anyone knows of any programs that work for your entire connection instead of just a web browser
