A few people have mentioned needing this lately. This pak contains all the files you'll need to play on a 3wave/crctf server, including all the 3wave and LOC maps. The custom models were removed so you can drop it in your id1 folder without it interfering with ProQuake Cheat-Free.
To install drop it in your ~/quake/id1 folder. You may need to rename it. If you already have a pak2.pak, rename it pak3. If you have a pak3, rename it pak4, and so on. Once installed, any other clients you have such as jq/qrack will read it as well, since it's in id1.
