what was the port of the newdm server at flanders?

Off the top of my head, and away from a "Quake enabled" PC at the moment, I would say it was newdm.servequake.com:26010.

Just for info, if you are ever looking for a game or just a little bit of practice it is usually on the server list on the front page of this site. There are some bots resident for you to play with but you can remove them (removebot) or add to them (addbot) and change their skill to suit your playing level.

I could be wrong but I always thought port 01 on Flanders was RQuake Coop

The servers page here on Quakeone.com can be quite useful on keeping tabs on which servers run which mods but if players need information on New York , Damage (UK), Bigfoot (NL) or Flanders and can't find it there please let me know

So there are a few servers in Quake DM I played on for at least a few hours at a time, enough to call them 'regularly played' even over a short period of time....
Some of them are down now.
Among them are:

ffany.quakeone.com
bomber.quakeone.com


We lost both the NEWDM servers and the only good runequake coop server.
This sucks.

I would love to have it, just to run the maps solo (local server).

Hi H1CC,

Regarding some of the servers, I had a quick connection test this morning and discovered the following...

• The newdm server on flanders is still up.
• bigfoot.servequake.com is up
• the RQuake coop port (26001) on newyork.servequake.com, also known as the FFANY server. is also up although 26000 is down.

Unfortunately I can't connect to the back end of Flanders or New York at the moment and restart the servers for you but I'll drop a note to Polarite when I get in from work.
