video capture software

Ages ago, before engines could record to avi, there was a software I had that would capture applications on your desktop to video. People were using it a lot for quake back then. I think Chuck told me about it and I used it a few times. But, I can't remember the name of it nor can I find it through searches. It was a freeware and it put a little "99" down in your taskbar when you were using it. I went to download a different one earlier and when I tried to use it, it would not get past the "enter license" window...and I don't want to go thorugh hours of searching for a good one again.

Anyone know what it is or where to find it? I'd like to have it again for other applications.

I like Gamecam or whatever it is called. Google planetgamecam or planetcam, can't remember. It's quite nice.

"I could care less" always sounds so mean, because we focus on the explicit potentiality, but the fact that less is possible can also be construed to imply that the subject matter does hold at least some esteem with the speaker, otherwise it couldnt decrease in such regard. Thus such a statement really only tells us "I consider the target of my statement to be fallible and limited on a natural basis in the field of which we are currently discussing". And unless youre God, that is basically saying "You are my equal."
