Nice play through! Just a heads up: find a way to get that silver key in the mire. It unlocks a HUGE secret that really pays homage to the original DM5 map.

Thanks for the heads up Dutch I'll have to replay it to check out the cool homage!

Nice episode(s). Didn't watch your next video yet, saving it for the evening.
I played the non-AD version of Obsessive Brick Disorder, nammed Backsteingotik. it was a cool level, the horde-fight in the potato-masher was hilariously funny and chaotic.

It's interesting to see some of these maps before they were included in AD. I remember playing Crucial Error long before it was in AD. Just last week I stumbled across an early version of Realm of Encleduas in map jam2. Today I found an early version of per aspera ad inferi in map jam6.

TheKillingJoke Yea, it's interesting how I'm learning from you and Dutch that many of the AD maps were released in some fashion before the mod came out. I knew Horde of Zendar and Arcane Monstrosity were released before but I didn't know that about the others. It might be interesting to release a video later showcasing each map and where it originally came from.

Dutch Yea, I think it's interesting too! I don't know that I played any of these outside of the mod, which is fine because they really shine here. I'm going to have to go back through all the map jams I missed in the past and then do that comparison video I mentioned above. Would be cool!

              ArrrCee

I missed pretty much all of the map jams so I've been having a bit of fun going back and playing them. All in all most of the maps are pretty good. There are a few that aren't in AD that totally could have been. Obviously the ones that you have played in AD are way more polished and expanded than the originals.

That would indeed be an interesting thing to watch. How long is your list of requests and planned episodes anyway? I can imagine that it's fairly long.

TheKillingJoke I'm somewhere in the 30's, so quite a few but not as many as you might think.
