So this looks amusing. A monster mash-up of Quake I and Quake II enemies, levels, and music. And I would guess more? Unfortunately it's for the Q2 engine.

It's like Quake1 telefragged Q2, but instead of a telefrag, we got BrundleQuake.

I didn't read your description until after watching the video, but as I watched I determined it was the Q2 engine due to the particle effects and the RTX shadows.

(The Quake 2 engine is known for having the grossest game logic because it gets compiled into .DLL code -- that means 64 bit vs. 32 bit vs. Windows vs. Linux vs. Mac vs. Android all would need separate .DLL compiles and not every mod is open source, therefore, you can imagine there are probably mods that won't run in a 64-bit engine because it only had a 32-bit DLL

Quake 3 they didn't do this an instead the game logic runs in Q3 virtual machine, which is no doubt quite an improvement over Quake 1 but I don't claim to know everything about even the Q1VM because there are really complex macros that largely hide the behavior even in Vanilla Q1 engine code and thus far I haven't needed to mess with it. I'm sure if I found the need, I could read docs and specs but this hasn't come up thus far.).

Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.

So while you guys all have to fight your anti-matter counterparts, me and my evil twin will be drinking a beer laughing at you guys ...
