Trent Reznor made the soudtrack primarily. He might have made a couple sound effects, too.
But go listen to the demos of the General 6000 collection, and you'll hear the Quake lift sound, the Quake rocketlauncher sound and a couple more. They had that sample library available, and probably paid for a game license, so they will have made the best possible use of it.Comment
