My new account at InsideQC forum has been created, but it's inactive

My new account at InsideQC forum has been created, but it's inactive and I can't active it myself. I also didn't get mail and link to active it. InsideQC says that if I have a problem to activate my account then I should contact the administrator, but it doesn't say how should I do this, and so I don't know how to do this. I need your help about what to do in this bad situation.

It took them 4 or 5 months to finally activate mine. I think they do it manually, so it could be a good long while

4 or 5 months!? Are you serious!? There are so few administrators in this InsideQC forum? Why in all other forums immediately after registering I get the mail and link to activate my account and not in this InsideQC forum? Why InsideQC works like that?
