New Server

Thanks for adding it to the servers page.

It's located in the Jackson, MS area. I'm in the Jackson area and I get about a 30 to 40 ping when I connect (while at work). I get a 70 to 90 from home (Comcast Connection at home).

I added the server to the servers page - was this on the server browser on the main page of QuakeOne as well? I think Baker added the server so I don't remember if he had it on server browser or not.

BTW, I'm on TimeWarner Roadrunner connection and I ping 90+ on the server Where's it located?

As C*S said, we had a server crash and had to restore from a backup so we lost all data that was updated since November 3rd or so. I'll readd the server now. Thanks for reminding me.

Yeah.. still don't know why DP didn't work. I havn't tried it myself as I don't have DP installed anywhere.

Maybe someone else can try with DP and see if it works for them?

I recall r00k telling us about your server. Infact I think I gave yours a visit (Couldn't join with DP, had to use PRO). Strange that it's not on the server list, I swear it was there :-/

(oh wait... right the server crashed. Makes sense now)

This server used to be listed on the Servers page on this site, but maybe after the problems with the site it was lost.

There's a new CAX server at quake.imdrunk.net. Can someone add it to the servers page for me? I also need some people to check it out and see how their connection is to it. If you are on a TimeWarner connection it should be a pretty good connection for you.
