i think that is a great idea, couse every time i join rage its dm3 non stop. In the odd chance its not on dm3 it allways get warped back to dm3 within 5 minutes.. ZzZzZZZZzzzZZzzzZZzzZZzzzzzzzzZzzz....

of course. although I hate CA in general. It would be a great change from stupid DM3. As Phenom said, after around 3 matches it does get boring, then I leave. And try to find people for 3wave, or DM. To no avail So I go frag some frikbots in DM.

DM3 is the poster child for Clan Arena thats a given.

But what happens when the poster child turns middle aged and starts loosing its hair? It gets OLD!

I play DM3 when I want to win. I'll play any other map when I want to have fun and play Quake!

I like the idea of having the server automatically rotate maps instead of only having map rotation be based on users voting for map changes. I definately would play on such a server, but depending on what the maps are like. If the maps are crap I'd rather play DM3.

Perhaps going further with the map rotation, do something similar to what Slot does with his Runequake server. Classify maps as small, medium and large. Depending on the number of players, only rotate the maps that are appropriate based on the number of players. That would prevent something like the q3 map or edge from loading when there's only 4 people playing.

Well, since Baker already knows, as a Rage admin, I change the maps (late night normally) to new maps nonstop. So I would DEFINATELY play this server. Sounds like a great idea. (as long as dm3again.bsp is in it, which it is)
