I'm happy this was released way faster than you said I think this time I may just jump in and play it It is like a good Holiday present I think heh..heh..heh
I also left some messages (some of appreciation) in some of your other threads, I'm not sure if you saw them, were busy or you just didn't say anything (not that I was expecting). But maybe I wasn't too annoying with my chatter even tho I don't think I said that much except a sentence in each thread
In any case, thanks for a speedier release. I didn't want to seem over-eager of Qualker and in no case I wanted to sound like I was expecting or rushing the arrival of a game, I am fine with waiting however much long. As the old saying goes (?) - a baked cake is only ready when it pops out the oven hehe
Also Baker, I checked out your whole MODDB page from top to bottom lol and I downloaded your first game (?) - Zircon Galaxy Alpha, it looked pretty cool and the other game with 2 maps, forget the name of it now ..lol
Have a good oneThe gemstone of gaming is Quake, so load it up and play some

"I'm happy this was released way faster than you said"
Yeah, I had no idea. He had sent me screenshots every now and then, but I thought he was more in the planning stages or trying to come up a blueprint for the future.
"I'm not sure if you saw them, were busy, ..."
Busy. If I don't get the lite version of the Dungeon Maker out today I am going to be very upset with myself.

Ah yes - awesome, wish you get it done by today I'm going to keep my talking to a minimum.
So I did play this a bit today and want to play more, but I'm faced with a serious problem - I can't live long enough in this game to enjoy it more!!
Without going into too much detail why, is there any way to reduce the damage output by the enemies or give myself some [additional] health?
Main problem, the enemies move quick, sometimes are in bigger numbers, but my health is always dwindling down.. can't find much cover or get to safety on time to assume a [safer] firing position
Is there a -easy- mode code in here?? lol. I'd just like to keep moving deeper in the game without restarting so much. (Although I do see that the damage incurred seems somewhat fair design-wise, but when it comes down to actually playing nahh lol)
P.S. I like the game otherwise, yes, there are bugs and getting stuck in things (although manageable), and the graphics seem alright or good (depends on your own expectations). Gameplay is pretty fun. But the constant DAI-ing is no funs for old Gems har har
P.S.S. Oh and the Survival Mode was un-doable (mainly for the reasons above). The gemstone of gaming is Quake, so load it up and play some

You can probably type "give h 999" in the console to give yourself more health.Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.

Hey, thanks very much that worked. Would you happen to know how many waves are in Survival Mode, I was trying to see what happens after (change of level, rewarding message maybe) and how many types of monsters and combinations thereof are of them (lol). Currently I am at Wave 35 and have been going at it for 2 hours, and I wanna know if is worth it going further If you don't know maybe you can ask Klesby about it real quick please
I'm recording a video for YouTube for it, I'm willing to go until Wave 55 maybe (which would probably be around 4 hours of this foolishness lol, but had fun so far). But not sure if is worth it, if it would go on forever like this
I'm also not able to change or buy new weapons (in that little shop there), but that's ok - I been going at it only with the knife haha. Are there any codes for weapons that work, "Impulse 9" doesn't work and neither does "give", but some other Quake codes do work tho (like noclip)
Thank youThe gemstone of gaming is Quake, so load it up and play some

You could post those questions in the comments section of the mod web page:
https://www.moddb.com/mods/qualker
I don't know how many waves there are. I'm not familiar with the shop area, but it isn't hard to imagine that is a future goal for QUALKER. Likewise, I don't know what the cheats are.
You might typing "give 5" in the console and see what happens if anything. In Quake, give 7 gives the rocket launcher and give 5 would give the super nailgun, give 8 the lightning gun (etc).

Alright, thanks. I was just thinking that to ask there
Ah so it was give # - I thought I was missing something lol
The Waves number was most important to me now because it's holding up my computer with this recording on pause and idk whether I should go on with it or stop
The rest of the game I can manage it seems, didn't want want to bother you too much
I might try out your Dungeon Maker (if it's out), it sounds interesting and make some video of it. I imagine it's for creating Quake levels with it
P.S. I just went to the mod page, and there's a comment awaiting approval since last year Sept, so it seems highly unlikely Klesby would see and answer my question about how many Waves are thereThe gemstone of gaming is Quake, so load it up and play some

Dungeon Maker is not in prime form yet, was a rush job without polish or user refinement. I'd wait on that a version or 2. It'll be 10x times nicer.Quakeone.com - Being exactly one-half good and one-half evil has advantages. When a portal opens to the antimatter universe, my opposite is just me with a goatee.

Alright, sounds good. Idk why but that name makes me think of an old DOS game called Dungeon Master lol I had Dungeon Master II on CD-ROM I think when young (1992?), and that game was tough as nails lol
But I seem to remember that Dungeon Master 1 on diskettes was even harder tho
Regarding Qualker, I have to make an [intelligent] decision and just end this recording because I just couldn't obtain a timely reply about how many more waves I gotta go thru. (I did ask on Klesby's page after all). I been hacking at it with a knife for over 2hours so beyond this it would not prove to be a good video to record or watch anymore, nor a productive use of my time. So I'm just going to take this as is and look on the bright side, that I got plenty of finger practice hitting buttons And I will just continue to play the rest of it, the Single Player
Enjoy your weekend, it's cold outside tho. And thnx for the chatsThe gemstone of gaming is Quake, so load it up and play some
