I use 42 and have sometimes been accused of cheating because I can turn so fast.

Though 42 sounds quite impressive, but ofcourse it's also dependant on OS settings, engine used etc.
Afaik the only comparable way is to to measure the distance for a 360° turn, with a folding rule on the mousemat. I use 7cm/360 in Quake, which is quite high sens.
I'm a sensitivity 11 person, it lets me do a 360-single-flick turn on my hardware, which is how I like it. Direct input on (which should actually disable acceleration if it's coded properly), pitch -0.022, m_filter 1.
paradise is right on. It all depends on the system. Kind of a pointless question since we all know diff sens for diff comps anyway.
Mine varies from 16-18
