The Best Engine For Quake??

my personal favorite is Darkplaces ...that with the rygle (i think that's how u spell it) textures is dam amazing.

If your looking for an all out graphics rehaul then Darkplaces is for you, if you want a little bit of classic quake with some new gfx Qrack is for you, If you want more original gfx with original feel then Proquake is for you.

I would start with this one. Many of the quake sites are in flux at the moment, so it's hard to get everything. That one will get you a very slick looking Darkplaces.

Rip them to MP3 or Ogg Vorbis, name the files track00x.ogg/.mp3 and put them into id1/sound/cdtracks/
