Yes that's right they made a quake mod for FEAR,
looks kinda like PRoQuake Darkplaces to me

get the FREE FEAR MULTIPLAYER DEMO http://pdl.warnerbros.com/projectori...bat_en_107.exe
install it.
then
get the mod Quake Mod 1.01 Mod Download, F.E.A.R. Mods
install it where u installed fear

register your copy at FEAR - First Encounter Assault Recon
it's free

now double click Quake.bat and find a server... woot no dm3 but dm1 dm2 dm4 dm6 available
plus ctf and some other gamemodes....
looks okay but make me want the real thing... multiplay would be smooth...

Not sure. I have to update to version 1.8 to connect to the ative servers. If you look at it this way it's kinda quake but on a diff platform, and a slew of newbies dm6 really plays like dm6

the font is all messed up, its trying to display lowercase characters in quake font.

ahh, I just had to delete the quake font in the fonts folder
