    Ping Flood

    Hello Quakers.

    Has anyone been the victim of this lately? This occurs when a number of players are riding me and the occasional "why are you faster then me" comment. I'll then get a nice long slippery thick blood engorged spike that lasts for about 5 - 10mins. My ping goes up to 1000 yet other players remain steady.

    I have my suspicions as to who might be the culprit, since this player was known for it in the past. Does anyone have advice regarding the immobilization against such an attempt?

    Zone Alarm and other similar fireewalls keep a log of ping flood attempts.
