I really didnt pay attention to what was said lastnight but I did pay atention to Lerster being on my team and me playing alone because he was serenading everyone about something that didn't make sense. Well.. It didnt make sense to me cause i was half paying atention because it was just me playing against the other team.

There are probably several gay Quakers other than the ones that climb to the highest hills to yell their stories on servers.

At the end of the day, annoying people on the servers plus being gay (or being straight) is STILL annoying people on the servers.

I think a lot of people like Lerster and find him a character and he is quite known to talk about any topic to the extent it is ruining a game. Sometimes it is insightful (I can remember at least one of Lerster's greatest hits). And sometimes he goes on WAY too long and really should have quieted down long ago yet he doesn't take a hint.

I personally have always been surprised how much time some people find to chat on a server.

If you have a lot of time to talk, you're doing it wrong.

If I eventually get my way ... and I always do ... I'm going make some server controls built into ProQuake 5 server that delivers a nice fresh cup of shut the f*** up.

Yeah, I know nothing about this event but like everyone know plenty about this topic of people acting like everyone else on a server is their UNWILLING CAPTIVE AUDIENCE.



Don't treat other players on a server like a captive audience forced to listen to non-Quake yada yada.

I've never known of anyone on any server that got muted who shouldn't have been. Both players and admins use mute as a last resort.
