Quake 1 action figures

Apart from the comercial bizz it is easy to make your own Quake papermodel.
After some fuzz I found the Pepakura site that enables 3DS model to paperfolds.

With some creativity you can print out the textures too.
As long as it are Q1 models with low polys it isn't too bad to do.

Anybody remember that cool line of action figures from Quake 2 back in the day? Well it turns out if they didn't discontinue that line, the next set of action figures would have been from Quake one as well.

The shambler was the only prototype, but others like the Quake marine and fiend were in concept phases. How awesome would that have been for these to have been released back in the day?
