welcome back to quake, etc.. ctf without a hook sounds like fun if they would make a ctf mod for clan arena, sorta like that qball mod, except with flags, instead of a ball and 2 bases.

Take away qball and add flags... Be pretty cool.. Screw the hook, im no hooker. Fight like a marine man to man and quit running like a wimp.

the people that dislike hook the most are usually the ones that cannot use it to their advantage.

I get what your saying about making it easier to run, and yes I do, but when your low on health with flag, why stand there and die?

I use it to the fullest, not to run but also to gain advantages in a fight, to move around the map faster, and do what your supposed to do, capture the flag..

Not every mod needs grass root dm rules with a slight twist.

But a hook in a CAx mod will be CTF. LoL either way it would be great to see flags in the CAx mod as an addition.
