It is one of those kind of maps that you wish Quake didn't have self-damage in single player so you could rocket jump around it, heh.

Just so everyone knows and probly doesnt care, I didn't use ANY cheat codes or any outside assists do achieve this. I just ran thru the level as fast as possible
