    Yes just like my QC thread im looking for a little help understanding whats going on. i find playing with mapping is a lot more fun then qc but still frustrating when shit is not working the way i think it would. hear is a video showing that my texchers seem to be going away and i dont know why! any ideas will be helpful.

    link to map file ? testing the map/bsp on another engnibe or compiler

      its pretty embarrassing so i did not want to upload it. there's been a lot of WHAT I WOULD CALL PRO maps posted. ill try that out. see if it works. its just something for fun im working on to see what mapping is all about. its not as easy as some people make it look.

        you were talking about learning mapping
        this isnt a finished publication. its an alpha test!

        if u need quakeC help im always open to questions/help/examples etc!


        side note, i was thinking of working on a quake zombie mod, if u wanna tinker/learn/listen ill cloud u some notes....

          to me it looks like you seem to have a leak in your map.
          either that, or you didnt vis your map before loading it up in the game

          looks to me like colliding of normal brushes with skybrushes.

          if you send me a pm with link to your .map file i'll look at it for you

            @rook i would be interested in seeing to see a zombie mod made.

            i think the map is vis cose that happens using MG compile menus

            i will look at colliding of normal brushes with skybrushes

            there are a lot of small leeks in the map i know im still trying to get the boxes to line up right when i make rooms. i still got a lot to learn. this is just my little experiments nothing has so much work put in it that it cant be tossed out and i can try again.
